Vice president, global environment, health, safety and sustainability
With employees in Europe and North America, Wendi Latko’s organization provides strategic leadership and global oversight on all aspects of health, safety and environmental responsibility throughout Xerox’s value chain – for its own operations, suppliers and customer offerings. Within EHS&S resides Xerox’s experts in safety, health and environmental sustainability. The organization is a critical partner in the delivery of Xerox products and services. Latko joined Xerox in 1997 and has held a variety of management positions in EHS&S, including serving as corporate employee safety manager and overseeing product safety and environmental stewardship support. In 2008, she achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification after leading projects that led to significant productivity improvements in toner manufacturing and spare parts inventory. Latko has a B.S. in mathematics from Allegheny College, an M.Eng. in industrial and manufacturing engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.
